We do not publish trade-in values. Your offer depends on the model you have, its condition, and which box you are upgrading to. Fill in the form and a member of the team will email you your offer. Reply to that email with any questions and the same person picks it up.

Trade-ins are done online through the form only. We do not take trade-ins in store, so there is no need to bring your old box to us.

How it works. Choose the model you want to upgrade to, tell us the brand, model and serial number of your current device, and we reply with your approved offer. Offers come in two forms:

• Return-based: you buy the new box first, and we refund part of it once your old device arrives and is inspected.
• No-return recycling credit: we send a coupon code and you ship nothing back.

Before you apply: you must pick your upgrade model on the form. Trade-up offers cannot be combined with coupon codes, affiliate discounts or sale pricing. One approved offer per submission. You pay the outbound shipping on a return-based offer.

You can upgrade to the G-Series, Classic AI, or the PowerStation 6 16GB.
