Updating your firmware (and “No Update Available”)
Keep your box current via Live TV > Menu > Settings > Check Update. You must click the update to install it; the "preparing" time depends on your internet speed.
"No update available" / won't advance
Some updates are pushed to your specific device. If yours won't move to the latest version, contact support with your MAC address (white label on the bottom of the box) and we can push it to you.
