Warranty and returns (RMA) — what’s covered and how to claim

Warranty period: boxes carry up to ~12 months (repair/replace); remotes 60 days. Direct purchases from buzztv.com / BuzzTVDirect also have a 30-day return window for refund/credit (sale-priced units are warranty-only).

What's covered

Manufacturing/hardware faults. Not covered: physical damage, abuse, or "no fault found." Customer pays shipping to us; we pay return shipping on valid claims.

How to claim

  1. Submit the RMA form: https://buzztv.com/return-merchandise-authorization/ (resellers use the reseller RMA portal).
  2. Include proof of purchase plus your model, serial number and MAC address (photo of the white label on the bottom of the box) and a description of the issue.
