WiFi won’t connect or networks don’t appear

Try these in order:

  1. Unplug any Ethernet cable, toggle WiFi off and on, and restart your router.
  2. Confirm you're using the original power supply — a third-party adapter can disrupt WiFi.
  3. Test with a phone hotspot to see if the box connects to that (turn the hotspot on the phone, then connect the box to it).
  4. Factory reset: Settings > Device Preferences > About > Factory reset.
  5. Still dropping? Signal quality matters more than internet speed. Move the router closer/higher, switch the box to 2.4GHz, and run the ANALITI app to measure signal.

If the box sees your network but is rejected when logging in, check your router settings for a device block.
