Buffering or freezing — is it the box, your WiFi, or your IPTV service?

BuzzTV makes the hardware and media player — we do not provide channels or content. Most freezing comes from the IPTV service or your network, not the box. Here's how to tell.

On live channels / VOD only

This is almost always your IPTV provider's server being overloaded (very common during big live events). Contact your provider for alternate servers.

On mainstream apps (Netflix, etc.)

Check your network and power supply (below), then contact us.

On everything

Likely network or power. Run the ANALITI app next to the box to check WiFi signal, switch to 2.4GHz for better range, and make sure you're using the original power supply (a non-original adapter can cause buffering). A VPN running on the box is also a common cause — test with it off.
