Box stuck on the BuzzTV logo - how to factory reset

If your BuzzTV box is stuck on the BuzzTV logo and won't load past it, a factory reset usually fixes it.

1. Hard (pinhole) reset

Use a pin to press and hold the reset button in the small pinhole. Keep holding — if the recovery menu doesn't appear, it hasn't registered yet, so hold longer until it shows.

2. Black screen after an update

Unplug the box, wait 20 seconds, plug back in. Repeat 5–6 times — it often recovers.

3. Still stuck?

Use the original power supply and try a different HDMI port/cable. If it still loops, contact support with a photo of the white label on the bottom of the box (model + MAC) so we can check warranty and next steps.
